How It Works

This application connects securely to your Strava account. After each ride, it automatically pulls your workout data and sends it to a generative AI for analysis. The AI considers your personal goals, recent training history, and weekly availability to provide you with actionable insights and suggest your next workout, which you can even download as a .zwo file for Zwift.
